And co-operated in the emergency The British War Relief Society collected funds selling emblems and gifts, and giving movie benefits. For them you knitted sweaters, helmets, ami socks. Council planning your part in the national defense pro- gram. trying to direct your efforts in the fields where thc were needed, making you feel that you were doing something to help.
