Robert Entwistle and George French, both Seniors, are playing their last season for Mount Holly in a shortened schedule of Five games due to difhculty of obtaining transportation facilities. THE RED OAK Mounf Holly H. S. Basketball Team, 7942 With almost all the first team veterans, the team ended the season with 12 victories and 5 defeats. High scorers were Paul Bridegum, 1293 Herb Horner, 1223 Damon Bennett, 123. The team although experienced was handicapped because of their lack of height. The average was only 5 feet IOVQ inches. The junior Varsity, coached by Mr. Fisher, won 11 of their 14 games. Of the First seven men on the team, six are soiphmores and one, Monte Ben- nett, a Freshman. THE RED OAK 1 Track During the season of 1941, Mount Holly's track team won three and lost one meet. The lone defeat was given by the powerful B. M. I. team. Mount Holly defeated Hamilton High School, Jamesburg and Moorestown Friends. The Seniors won the inter-class track meet in 1941.
