Chorus achieves The 1975-'76 season was an outstanding one for the Mt. Hebron Chorus. The Spaghetti Din- ner was very successful, and profits were used to defray the cost of a weekend trip to New York City. In addition to performing several seasonal concerts, the Chorus participated in the second annual Howard County Choral Adju- dication, and received the only A rating in the county - a score well deserved for a fine performance. This year's officers were Stepha- nie Satkiewicz, Diane Smith, Terri Steen and Kim Snead for Mixed Chorus, and Marcia Fuller, Kathy McColley, Gail Heiss and Rose- mary Roche for Girls' Chorus. Chess Club and Strategy Club The Strategy Club headed by Mr. Gentry helped students become proficient in strategy games like Tank Battle and Diplo- macy. This is the only club at Mount Hebron that for two consecutive years, has met every Friday, even throughout the summer. The Strategy Club should be congratulated on the dedication of its members. The Chess Club encour- aged students to play chess matches with each county school at least two times. With advisor Mr. Heaps, the season ran from December to February. Matches were held on Tuesday and meetings occurred on Wednesday. exercise minds l l lim Ralston, Brian O'Day, Winston Weiser, Dave Waagbo, John Menustik, Mark Orman, Tony Cooke, Scott Goedeke, Jerry Fuller, Mr. Gentry Cadvisorj, Bill Hommerbocker, lim Gaskin.
