Left to right 'are Dale McClelland, President, Veneita Powers, Vice President, Dorrine Clevenger, Secretary, Don Galleher, Treasurer. .lUNl0R CLASS . . . .Y .Now we're approaching our goal and with it more responsibilities- our class play followed the Senior Play so we worked hard to prove ourselves capable-with troubled minds and many plans we prepared our Junior- Senior Prom and Banquet, our reward, success! As if our two big ventures weren't enough, we sponsored dances, a class party, had good material in the poster contest, and our members were prominent in Hi-Y, Y-Teens, F. H. A., Band, F. F. A., other clubs, and Choir-so we come to the close of our junior year, we think we have made our class a memory in Mount Gilead High School ..... all our thanks to our advisor, Mrs. Clouse.

Emerging from our freshman yearvfull of fun, still a little green but trying to act older. We entered clubs, the Y-Teens-Hi-Y-F. F. A.,-F. H. A.,-and Choir. Our boys are either on the A or B varsity and are doing very well. We gave a wonderful home-coming dance. We had parties, but we also worked hard with a large percentage on the honor roll. We have now learned how to work together and have one of the best classes in Mount Gilead High School. Our thanks to our advisor, Mr. King.
