FACULTY HULD MASTER'S DEGREE Mount Everettls 7-12 faculty, 1972-1973, has twenty terls master's degrees from a group of fifty-six teachers Q23 have bachelor's degrees, 1 has an associates degree, and 3 are non-degreel. This is approximately 36W masterls. Five years ago, there was 3221 of the faculty with mas- find degrees, and deductively it might seem that our districtls trend is toward a higher percentage of higher degree teachers. FACULTY ACCEPTS After eighteen months of negotiations between the Southern Berkshire Teachers Association and the South- ern Berkshire Regional School Districtis school commit- tee, both parties agreed to accept a much-reworked, ex- plicitly stated contract. The thirty-one page document settled matters regarding faculty hours, salaries, and working conditions.
