Its class officers Robert Lea. president; Dani Kay Saxton, vice-president; Sophia Omania, secretary: Mike Hastings, representative, led the newcomers through their first year at Mt. Diablo High School. With the help of their advisers. Mrs. Nancy Piedmonte. Mr. John Reinhart, and Mr. Fury Dalla they held the tradi- tional Freshman Cleanup day and also they were guests at a special Vocational Assembly. Their next activity was the annual Freshman Dance with its Mardi Gras theme, a highlight of the social season. Selection of Typical Freshman was made, and honors went to Mike Sweeney.
