Diabio High School continues to estab'ish new records in many ways. Long the argest school :n the area, the enrolment surpassed all previous highs by exceeoing 2400 students this year. Next year the student body will again be divided when several hundred students will oe -Transferred to Clayton Vaiey High Schoo1. The process of establishing new high schools in this district is something ike the reproduction of some one-celled or- ganism . new organisms being formed by the division of the protoplasm of the old. The nuclei of Pleasant Hi'1 High School and Pacifica High School came from Mt. Diablo High School. In spite of these continued divisions. Mt. Diablo has maintained its vigor with continued progress in leadership, sportsmanship, and scholarship.
