The '54-'55 crop of dances featured live ensembles and bands, and each had a record attendance. Most fresh took advantage of the get- acquainted theme of the first dance. Let's Dance. Football fans were invited to the first two- hour after-game dance. Rooters' Rhythm. Before Christmas the Sophomores used their imaginations to change the Gym into a Pep- permint Palace. Diablos Varsitonians made their dance debut shortly after the turn of the now year at the Sadie Hawkins Dance. Later they played for the Valentine dance.
