From Biology To Physics A Place For A11 SCIENCE CLUB Organized in l957, the Alpha Sigma Rho Science Club of MCHS has become a very large and active group. The club is made up of both boys and girls who are interested in various phases of science, and the sponsors are Miss Florence Durant, Mr. Ralph Bielawski, and Mr. Paul Zurakowski. Any student who joins the Science Club is expected to complete some kind of a scientific project. Several students have entered their projects in various science fairs. Quietly And Efficiently They Serve AUDIO-VISUAL-AIDS CLUB Another of the indispensible service clubs of MCHS is the Audio-Visual-Aids Club. Students who are interested in running auclio-visual equip- ment and learning about their uses can be members of the A.V.A. Every student at MCHS is familiar with the function of the A.V.A. Showing movies in class- rooms, running opaque projectors, using tape recording machines-all of these functions of the A.V.A. are familiar to the student in the classroom. Stage Crew Serves School St Community STAGE CREW lt is hard to imagine what would happen to performances on the MCHS stage if it weren't for the Stage Crew. This group of boys, under the direction of Mr. Hunter Judd, is certainly one of the most important and hardworking in the school. Any boy who has been a Stage Monitor for one semester and who is interested in learning about lighting and prop management is eligible to join the Stage Crew.
