These groups under the direction of Mr. Gerald Robinson, are among the busiest and most productive in the school. The Girls' Glee Club is made up of girls in the tenth through twelfth grades who are chosen on a try-out basis. This group put on the unusual Christmas assembly at MCHS this year, and participated in several other assemblies. The group has sung for downtown businessmen's clubs, and participated in the Vocal Music Festival. The Boys' Glee Club is made up of boys in singing. Elite among Mount Clemens High School singing groups is the A'Cappella Choir. ln order to get in the A'Cappella choir, the boy or girl must have been in one of the choruses. Members are chosen on a try-out basis. The A'Cappella Choir is a robed group. This year, the Choir sang for the Thanksgiving Assembly, in the winter and spring concert, and in the operetta, Carousel, Carousel, M. Collier, M. Friedeberg and B. Dixon Fourth row: H. Sharber, D.
