With a feeling of delight and sorrow, we the seniors, or the stars of this great production, have played our command performance. We are now on the threshold of a new and different drama, one through which each of us will take different parts while striving to attain our goals and fulfill our hopes and dreams. There is a certain delight when the curtain falls on our last performance at our Alma Mater, yet there is sorrow also. No matter how far we may stray, these carefree days will never be forgotten, because our minds will wander back, time after time, recalling the many scenes which meant so much to us. These last four years have been years of training, preparation, and accomplish- ment, and now at the climax, we look back and realize that time has passed much too quickly, leaving us with the pleasant never-to-be for- gotten memories of our high school days. The last hour has come. First a brief moment of caps and gowns, then a diploma, and finally, to the melodious strains of Pomp and Circumstance, we, the stars, take our final bows as the curtain falls on our last performance at Mt. Carmel High School.
