Congressman Bill Lowery, one of This year's keynoTe speakers, spoke on his involvemenT in poliTics in his younger years, and Freedom in America as compared To oTher counTries under marTial law. He also answered auesTions from The floor. Barbara Bowers, also a keynoTe speaker, exciTed The crowd wiTh her speech on Women in PoliTics.
