Throughout those few short years your teachers have endeavored to implant into your minds the knowledge which will help you to be worthy citizens of the United States and of the world. Likewise, they have tried to give a spiritual foundation upon which you can build your future lives as Christians. If you go forth from this school and comport yourselves as real men, in every sense of that word, then the faculty of Mount Carmel will have been successful. If you go forth and become true Christians, then will Mount Carmel have been successful. This is the goal of the faculty and of the school.
