The Church's mission of education is in wonderful agreement with that of the family. The Parent-Teacher Guild is the third and final link in the chain of student-parent- teacher relationship. By attending the monthly meetings parents have the oppor- tunity to view educational problems in their true light. At these meetings various activi- ties are planned and problems that may arise involving students, parents, and teachers are discussed and solved for the mutual benefit of all. eeessarq and natural element Mr. Edward Fitzgerald, President of the Parent-Teacher Guild, ranks high as a promoter of good will and interest in behalf of Mount Alvernia High School. His genuine spirit and fatherly solicitude will long be remembered.
