oc L ci QM-CuQtunaUgf Throughout the year students at the Mount are well supplied with activities to increase their apprecia- tion and enjoyment of the social and cultural side of life. Q1 the side, here is a picture of the Thanksgiving dance, given by the Senior class. The three girls in charge, Jeanne Perrone, Anne Beggy and Kathleen Cossman have just finished raffeling off a cake for the benefit of this yearbook. Definitely cultural are the monthly classes in etiquette given by Mrs Margaret Sherwood These classes in cluded such useful and necessary information as the proper form of introduction correct table manners and the most charming way to descend a stairway Here Carmen Camey of Mrs Sherwood The Modern Language Club under the able directions of Sister Mariella is one of the most active clubs in the school A carmval which French Spamsh and German skits were given were the ma.1n activities of the year This picture of the High School members of the club was taken immediately following the per formance X and Jane Azinger are demonstrating under the skillful eye
