This year the yearbook staff undertook a diffi- cult task; we set out to make a yearbook better than last years. We succeeded and in a big way; it was not only fourfold better but also over 20 pages bigger. We expanded on a lot of the ideas used in last years book, and came up with some real good original ideas, the use of toollines and screens in this book was truly impressive. The tipins, at the front of the book, and roughly in the middle, are marvel- ous. The color section, and the spot color sec- tions are truly awesome. I would have liked to have had another color section this year, but as deadlines have it; maybe next year. This book is truly AWESOME. Sibling youths you have no clue as to the work put into this major production. The hours spent, the pressure around deadlines. Thanks to my staff and my invaluable advisor (Karl 'awesome' Thelen) this production was not also accomplished but very enjoyable. My thanks also to David Wi- sell- my advertising editor who did a spectacu- lar job with the ad section, and also Erica Scibner-who did an excellent job with the se- nior portraits. I wish our dedicatee-The Happy Camper Himself-the best, and would just like to say thanks for everything. I wish my re- placements the best of luck in coping, and may they continue in the great fashion in which the past two years have gone.
