Barbara Harvey. Brenda Kust. and Sue Rrankic arc winners in the dress division. Home Ec Style Show Alice in Wonderland was the theme of the 1970 Home Economics Style Show which was held at Grandview Junior High School. Each girl in Home Ec. participated in the program. Clarice Iverson, Janet Olson, and Liz Coulter were the emcees. Mrs. Stockton advised and helped plan the fashion show. The Women's Club of Mound sponsored the show and furnished cash prizes. The girls were judged on construction, choice of pattern and fabric, and the way in which they wore their clothing. Refreshments that were served throughout the program were prepared by all the Home Ec. students. The theme Alice in Wonderland is the perfect setting for a sweet, little girl. Rosemary Asao, Betty Byers, and Linda Thorne model their winning clothes. t

A Time for Us This year the Junior—Senior Prom was held at the Lafayette Club. The theme was Romeo and Juliet and the ballroom was decorated with the Medieval colors of gold and maroon. A drawbridge led the entrance to a dreamy atmosphere. The enchanting evening lasted from eight-thirty until eleven-thirty with the music of Sid Williams and his band. One picture is worth a thousand
