Robert C. Gove—American History, Social Problems Other Lands Patrick M. King—World History Sally Drake makes good use of the new library and a few spare minutes. Originally MR. GOVE hoped to become an engineer; however, after the war he decided to teach history since he had always enjoyed the subject. He is A squad football coach. MR. KING views the new school as having many excellent features, the absence of windows doesn’t seem to make much difference.” Mr. King is a graduate of the University of Minnesota at Duluth. Math Problems Challenge The Mind James Schulte—Plane Geometry, Solid Geometry, and Trigonometry Teaching was the natural field for MR. SIMONDET since he comes from a family of teachers. A graduate of Luther College, he is B” squad football coach and Math Club, advisor. MR. SCHULTE says that teaching helps him remain in constant contact with mathematics, as well as helping others enjoy and understand its structure. Mr. Schulte is advisor for the National Honor Society. New to Mound this year, MR. WEBER likes Mound High because it is a well organized school, with good research facilities.” Mr. Weber’s extra activities include junior varsity football and assistant hockey coaching.
