We of the class of '61 With our 12th year of school finally done- Our Seniors few Introduce to you: Jeffery Auch in bookkeeping does well, And in wrestling he does excell. Jerry Auch, newphew to Jeff- A trombone he does play--in Bass Clef. Ruth Bieber a singer will be, For she can hit a very high C. Often heard singing is little Lynn Brackel, So high at times his voice starts to crackel. Marv Buchholz, our class V. P. In trouble you may often see. Dale Eisenbarth, a fine looking chap- With his camera, he's got quite a knack. Dick Eisenbarth is Dale's brother. If you know one, you know the other. Jim Fiedler, a blonde with blue eyes, Really does hate those pizza pies. Kathy Fiedler with those huge brown eyes, Often flashes them at a dark senior guy. The artist in the class with the most? Nancy Fiedler holds that post. A sweet, quiet lass is Virginia Freer, Minot-bound she'll be next year. No one can keep the pace Of David Friez, our shooting ace. Jackie Lou Griffin, a sports-minded boy, One old black Chevy, his pride and joy. Claude Hardmeyer, a practical joker, Enjoys very much a good game of poker. Tall, dark and handsome, Kent Hardmeyer As Senior class prexy he gained his fame. Loretta Heinrich, a real swell gal, As prom banquet manager did very well. An efficient girl Arliss Hirning, you'll find At the Public library spending her time. Carol Jordan, in her red International, Her driving-not really too fashionable. If you hear the squawk of an oboe around, Darlene Kamrath is sure to be found. Margie Kilber that celery-eating kid, Over Bob has flipped her lid. LeRoy Klein, an unforgettable fellow Is often seen sporting a tie of yellow. A lively blonde, Judy Kuebler's the one, Editor of our Annual kept her on the run. Jim Lince, next fall at the U will enroll. He's a friendly young man who likes to bowl. Donnie Lindemann, in his car without shocks, Drives through the town, bouncing for blocks. Short and sweet-Evie Marthaller's the name, by name, Class of '61 Working in the Red Owl Store with ready smile, ls found Dick Matzke, carrying groceries a mile. Another in our class is Donnie Mehrer, If there's a party, you'll find him there. Charlotte Messer, a short, quiet miss, When she's with her guy, it's heavenly bliss. A bashful young lad, Reynold Miller, May turn out to be a real lady-killer. As a teacher you'll be sure to find Carole Ottmar, spending her time. Ted Peters, who's tall, dark and quiet, Just see him at parties-he's really a riot! Short and stout-that's Ronnie Rebel, At work in farming he is very able. Next comes John Reinert, the guy with the build. You'll find that in daydreaming he is greatly skilled Virginia Roberts, our cute prom queen, Is often frightened and bo does she scream! A very shy guy-that's Dwiht Ross. When it comes to words, he's at a loss. Doug Schwartz, a would-be Romeo, Is always late getting home -eo. Robert Skogley, a senior from Othello, Has a baritone voice that is rich and mellow. A mighty fellow for his size- In wrestling, Ron Srb takes the prize. Josephine Steiner, Jo for short, Likes handsome men, of the tallish sort. Maurice Svihovec in drawing does great, As an architect he really will rate! Shirley Swindler, with her sharp white car, As a beautician will go very far. From Germany hails Sig Trautwein, In FFA he always did shine. ln our class plays, Vivian Vukelic was The terrific gal who won the applause. Next on our list is DeVonne Waddell, To her friends, she's a real pal. Ervan Weiler, our Homecoming King, To Karen Srb he's surrendered his ring. Lynette Wentlandt at Girls' State was found, To NDU and a math major she's bound. The guy with the long hair -Gary Zenter to you, Next year is going to NDSU. Larry Zenter is the final one- Did he ever get his homework done? And so you've met the seniors of our class, Every guy and every lass. Out high school days we'll finish this year And face our future without a fear. But tho we may wander, we'll meet by and by, And remember our days at Mott Lincoln High. As '60 Carnival Queen, this candidate did reign. FHA President, one always on the go, It's Rita Martin-she's one to know. 41
