The longing for happiness is the yearning for God, therefore each has a common goal -- the salvation of her soul. What could be more practical than the study to help her achieve it? The truths of religion are not merely for the classroomg we must be ready to defend our Faith now and in later life. Recognizing the importance of the spiritual life makes religion classes take on a new and special meaning. Praying and offering up studies may seem very small compared to the wisdom and holiness of the Pope, but good works have a way of growing into much bigger things. ln our religion classes we learn to respect the history of the Catholic Church, and the value ol 1 Catholic educttion which is so essential in 1 modern world Through Catholic action we Give good example our main means ol conversion thus showing others their quest for happiness
