Sift in one Cup of Hour, two beaten eggs. . . . Yes, from the Cracking of an egg to the washing of dishes, these Home EC students are able to make delicious odors come from their kitchens. Mary Lou Gerke demonstrates the art of correct serving at a preperly set table to her fellow classmates, who are eagerly awaiting a delicious breakfast prepared by the Home Economics class.

The study of bone structure and body functions is found to be fascinating in the round table discus- sion which occurred in the Biology laboratory under the able direction of Sister Mary Joseph.
