'l' llE 'I' llllllllllllL INCE it is our duty to bring our world closer to Christ, we must learn the meaning of responsibility. For this purpose Holy Trinity has instituted the Student Council. It gives stu- dents the opportunity to represent their classes in a democratic meeting and to put forth their ideas for the betterment of the school. lt is composed of the presidents and specially elected representatives of all the classes. This term it operated under the able leadership of Bro. Michael Robl. The student officers of the Council are: Thomas Brennan, president, John McManus, vice-president, and Frank Haas, secretary. lt numbers among its accomplishments the banning of foreign monograms around the school, the adoption of volley- ball intramurals, proposals to hold a Tom Brennan, the peopIe's cherce, pres- ident of the Student Senior Day and establish track and rifle teams at the school. Through this vital organ students express their wants in a democratic manner and young men are so prepared to bear the obligation of responsibility. J. Cleary reports to a committee of the Student Council made up of J. McDermott, W. Harley, W. Lewis, J. McSherry, and W. DeBlase. rg, Hi Friday! and the Student Council prepares for another vigorous session. Seated are J, McSherry, W. Harley, J. McManus, T. Brennan, F. Haas, J, Cleary, J. O'Dwyer, W. Lewis, O.
