Walker has been associated with the Moss Point Schocl district for, As a coach of track, football, and basketball, he has had many championship teams, but his first joy has been in the field of science. For his unselfish service to the youth of this community for thirty one years the GROWLER staff dedicates Mary Louise Carroll 1961 - 1978 A precious one from us is gone. A voice we loved is still. A place is vacant in our home Which never can be filled. Why do we mourn de- parted friends; Or shake at death's alarm: Tis' but the voice that Jews sends To call them to his arms. This is just-another soldier gone To get a great reward. She fought the fight, she kept the faith And now she has gone home to God. f 1 xv . Anonymous V '9 i; A $ The Death of the Flowers And then I think of one who in her youthful beauty died. The fair meek blossom that grew up and faded by my side. In the cold moist earth we laid her, when the forest cast the leaf, And we wept that one so lovely should have a life so brief; Yet not unmet it was, that one, like that young friend of ours So gentle and so beautiful, should perish with the flowers . by: William Cullen Bryant In Memory Of Regina Miller 1963-1978 Sophomore IN MEMORY OF MRS. NAOMI WALKER JULY 23, 1921-APRIL 14, 1979 The Growler Staff would like to express our deep sorrow to the Walker Family over the death of their beloved, Mrs. Naomi Walker. Mrs. Walker had been a teacher in the Moss Point Schools for thirty years. Her ability in relating to the students of this community for those years made her a much loved person. We will miss her dearly, but she will always be in our memory. STUDENT COUNCIL The student council is a student Supported organization that is composed of representatives from each class. High School is no longer a reality to those who have graduated. Memories are all that remain. Some are good. Some are bad. Some are happy. Some are sad. These are your memories, however, and they are now a part of the past. The Future lies ahead. A Future that is unpaved. Each senior must now fill the pages of his life's book according his precepts. What he has learned must now be put to practice success or failure all depends on how well the lesson has been absorbed. Good Luck Seniors!! May your life be what you want, or better yet, what you deserve!!! God Bless You!! Ms. J. Teachers Relax As They End The Year. gr g; a :. '., . WORKING? , 162 GOODIN'S GOODIES ' i.
