A sign represents instruction and direction. Signs lead us in many different directions. Throughout our lives we have been guided by these signsg signs telling us what to do, and what not to do. These signs, when analyzed with foresight towards the fu- ture, may lead us on to fame and fortune. Signs make us laugh--or they make us cry. They are happy --or they are sad. They' are good, or they are bad. The theme of the 1959 Tyee will be these signs, Signs of Life, which play such an important role in the drama of our lives.

Pictured above is a photo of the Moses Lake High School of the fu ture In another year this high school shall become the nucleus of the Moses Lake High School student body's interest and participation New traditions and organizations shall be formed In 1958 the Moses Lake High School student body made progress the key symbol of their interest A new debate club appropriately entitled the Forensic Society was formed Students taking secretarial courses organized the Commer cial Club S150 was raised through the 1958 Challenge Assembly and donated by MLHS students to the Stocking Fil- lers' Club who provide for local needy families
