Although he never joined the Glee Club, Doug proved to everyone the fine quality of his voice when he sang Lord jeffrey Am- herst to the dean of Amherst admissions so im- pressively that he was accepted to the college much earlier than expected. Wit and humor hit Moses Brown en meme in nineteen fifty-three when a fair-haired boy from Lynn, Massachusetts, Mike Barron, entered the fourth form. Mike brought with him a very essential piece of equipment which has continually proved to be quite an asset, a little black book.
