ETHEL DOYLE secretary-treasurer DICK KELLY BOB KELLY president vice president ,Student Council Self Governing HE Student Council, composed of rep- resentatives from each class and club with Mr. Nonini as adviser, has had a busy year directing the activities of Moscow High School. The first all-school mixer to welcome the freshmen and new students was sponsored by the council. Later in the fall the mem- bers gave a street dance in the lot back of the school. In the spring they gave an unusual Mask Dance with dancing in the cafeteria and games in the halls. Problems of the council were brought to the attention of the student body through the government column in the Wocsomonian. Cgmstees Set School Policies ORMULATING the policy of the Mos- cow schools and supervising their general educational and recreational activities are the duties of the trustees of the Moscow Public Schools. The board, which meets the second Mon- day of every month, has the problem of stretching the limited budget to include the many expenses of the schools and to provide facilities for the betterment of the educational system. In March, under a reorganization pro- gram, a new board was appointed to serve until the following September. It was com- posed of a representative from each of five sub-districts in the Moscow school area. The new board members are: William C. Banks, Allen S. Janssen, Otha Lyon, Orval Snow, and Richard Oleson. O. W. Schroe- der is clerk of the board.
