Homecoming this year was a time of happiness and sorrow. It was the last Homecoming ever to be held at M.H.S. The week started off on September 24 with the Coronation. Lori Hennen was crowned our 1984 Homecoming Queen and the Seniors took the first prize in the skit competition with a slide presentation. Tuesday and Thursday the Volleyball team played both of their games away and came up with 2 losses. On Friday the annual parade and powder puff game was held with the Mighty Senior Freshmen team beating the Junior Sophomore team by a score of 14-12!!! The Indians were defeated by the Cottonwood Raiders with the ending score of 35-12. After the disappointing defeat Super System Ltd. brought back our spirits with mu- sic and excitement as everyone danced the night away. 1.
