Scott Tretbar came in first in this heat of 100 yard dash. Senior Trackman-Randy Mages. Track The Morton High School track team came up against many problems in the 1974 season. The 9 member team was composed of mostly younger boys, with only 1 Junior, Tom Borman, and 1 Sen- ior, Randy Mages. Despite these disadvantages the team placed in both the Conference and District track meets. Leading point earner during the season was Scott Tretbar. Scott placed 2nd in the 100 yard dash and 5th in the 220 at the District. Tom Borman also placed 5th in the 100 and the 880 relay team placed 5th. Scott traveled to the Regional track meet where he again came in 2nd in the 100. He went to the State track meet but unfortunately failed to place. 27
