The Indians shutout four of seven opponents including the unusual scoreless ties with Morgan and Winthrop. Over all the Indians were 3-2-3 losing only to Sleepy Eye and Gaylord. Included in Morton's offen- sive array was Bill Shaw's field goal in the Sleepy Eye game, the first in Morton's history. Defensively, the Indians set new lows in almost every defensive category.
