This year the chapter carried out special projects and represented our school at district and state conventions. Their activities are guided by Mrs. Biren. This year at the State F« H. A. Con- vention, Ellen Schweinfurter was named to the State Office of National Committee Member. This makes it possible for her to attend the National Convention at St. Louis. The Student Council of Morton High School is composed of representatives and organizations. During the past year the council has sponsored various activities including the magazine campaign and school dances. It has also set up a dress code and promoted other things to improve our school.
