We want to re- member a familiar face that wel- comes salesmen and visitors of all kind to our school - our sec- retary , Mrs. Weltsch. The students find her indispensable in balancing their class budgets. A- side from helping everyone else in the school, Mrs. Weltsch is full- time secretary to Superintendent Sather. Services Secretary-Evelyn Weltsch Cooks-Mrs. E. Sikora, Miss M. Bartz Custodians-Mike Schoen, John Brown Rain or shine, our cooks, Mrs, Sikora and Miss Bartz, prepare meals for hungry students. The atmosphere of the lunchroom is always very warm and friendly, making our noon meals enjoyable and refreshing. Bus Drivers-Don Haas, Howard Shaw, Bryan, Erv Lothert, Melvin Smith. Faithfully transporting Morton High Students to sports events, band and chorus activities, speech contests, and other events were our five hardworking bus drivers. Each school morning and evening they piloted the buses on their appointed routes. 8 Year round Jobholders at MHS are our Janitors, Mr. Schoen and fir. Brown. They are found hard at work polishing floors, repair- ing desks, and cleaning daily to keep our school attractive for the students and for all our visitors.
