Christmas is the time for hap- piness andjoy. and this year was no exception at the annual Christmas assembly . The Stu- dent Council did a finejob again this year in handling the assem- bly . There were such activities as the Junior Olympics and the new teachers blowing their brains out through bottles. Re- member the peanut race across the gy m floor and the frozen - spoon race? How about the skit of The Weary Ell 'T Then there was the appearance ofthe band. The concert band played some selections as every - one entered the gym. Then the symphonic band played later on in the program. Another treat I to all was the Faculty ensemble. Also the winners ofthe All- Sing. the sophomores. sang, .-Xnd who could forget Santa t Claus? As he handed the faculty their presents. surely provided a holiday spirit enjoyable to all.
