The school house Then, like now. occupied a posi- Tion oT honor in The Town. IT served as a voTing place, communiTy cenTer. and a general meeTing house. To accommodaTe The growing number oT sTudenTs. addiTions were made To The Morrisville, school sysTem. When fhe Case School was no longer large enough for fhe needs of fhe fown. fhe Roberf Morris I-ligh School and fhe lvlanor Parlc School were builf. These sfrucfures were firsf used by fhe fown in I924. During fhe Firsf World War fhe Capifal View School was erecfed and in I958 fhe fown added anofher school fo ifs sysfem, fhe Grandview School. In fhe Fall of I959 sfudenfs firsf affended fhe new Mor- risville High School.
