RICHARD G. LEE Mr. Lee, a graduate of Trenton High School in the Class of 1947, came to Morrisville in 1952 as a teacher in the fifth grade of the Case School. The following year he joined the high school faculty and has been an outstanding teacher and coach. A fine athlete, both at Trenton and at Albright Col- lege, he has served us as assistant football coach and head basketball and baseball coach. During our junior and senior years he has been our class advisor and has always been ready to lend a help- ing hand, no matter what the problem or emergency. We’ll always remember him for his flashy sport shirts, his ability to make himself heard and his familiar “When the bell rings, you’re late.” We are happy and proud to dedicate this 1959 ROBERT MORRIS in his honor. The Class of 1959

“OUT OF THIS WORLD” In keeping with the modem trend which places great emphasis on rockets, man-made satellites, shots at the moon and intercontinental missiles, our staff has selected “Out of This World” for the theme of this, the twenty- first ROBERT MORRIS. In doing so we hope, not only to tell the complete story of our senior year, but also to tie this stoiy in with life in the world as we see it. With this yearbook we reach some sort of a milestone. Not only will it be the twenty-first published by the graduating classes of Morrisville High School but also it will be the last to make its appearance from this particular school. Next year the staff will do its work in the beautiful new high school pictured on other pages of this book. Twenty-one years have seen vast changes in our yearbook, our school and its curriculum and in our way of life. We hope that in our edition we can do our share to bring the story up-to-date. As in past years we, too, will publish a summer supplement which will be distributed following the close of school in June. This then is our yearbook, the 1959 ROBERT MORRIS. THE STAFF
