Morris Harvey College is fortunate in having its destiny entrusted to a man of the splendid character and the superb training of Dr. Ruff. Since he came to Barboursville the College has entered upon a period of expansion and progress. A tremendous and sound building program has been outlined, adopted, and put into operation. By his friendly attitude towards the College constituency and his co-o peration with the Board of Trust he has been instrumental in bringing about a new era in the hi tory of the school. That his policies shall be continued is shown by the fact that he has been elected president of the College for another year. Page 21
