Foreword The 1969 Hornet Staff elatedly presents the 1969 Hornet which is centered around the theme pride and progress.’ The staff has endeavored intensively to produce tins record of the class of 69’s expreiences and impressions of their stay at Morris College, but we enjoyed every moment of the hard work that went into its making. The annual consists of five major divisions: If the administrative staff. 2) faculty, 3) student body, 4) clubs and organizations.and 5) classified advertisement. The staff proudly acknowledges, and appreciates the artistic contribution in the design of the college seal executed by Mr. Theolandcr M. Taylor. Head of the Art Department. We are deeply indebted to our advisor, Mrs. Ponthcolla T. Williams, tor her constant guidance and assistance in compiling and organizing the material, to our photographer, Mr. W.B. Bullock, lor the line quality pictures and for enabling us to meet our deadlines set by the publisher, and to Delmar Publishing Company lor their efficient job as publisher.
