Here we are the leaders of the Sixth Grade Safety Patrol Guards. OUR PLACE Well, We've made it to our place, SIXTH GRADE! We're not little kids anymore, and we're looking forward to Jr. High. We have a lot of responsibility being on Safety Patrol. We make sure the younger children get to school safely. Some of us are very busy in band and chorus, but we can always find time to talk to a friend, or share a laugh on the playground. We look forward to our trip to Washington in May, and all the new friends we'll meet. For this year, sixth grade is the place to be in 83. And, we're not com- plaining one bit SIXTH GRADE I'm on Safety Patrol. So there! I'm cool! Do you understand the plan, yet? 18 6th Grade

A NEW PLACE We have finally made it to the upstairs, and everything is really new to us. We are taking a wide variety of courses, of which some, like Art and Shop, are really fun. This year we are becom- ing independent and learning many new things. This is our new place to be. Two against the world. What a smile? I use Crest! 20—Seventh Grade
