As students returned from a weekend to resume their educational goals, they discovered an unfamiliar parasite entwined about the school. Beginning school in the fall we found the ceilings tom out and a spiderweb of metal stretching from wall to wall. Our yearbook theme, A New Look , is addressed to the many changes that are taking nlace at MCS this year. One of the most obvious changes is in the school's appearance. When we returned this fall, the nrogram to re- novate the building was in full swing. Amid this tumultuous dis- array, three new teachers found their way to Morris; Mr. Wilcox as band director and Mr. Feleppa and Mrs. Bourgeois as English teachers. Mrs. Bosco moved to the reading room and Mrs. Boggs relocated to the third grade. The yearbook has also taken on a new look . The cover states our theme which serves to unify the book. The format has also changed by the addition of full page spreads. The class section includes cony written by the students and highlights group projects. We intend this book to serve as a document of the new look that is part of our school life.

Dedication Pick of the crop. A hard and dedicated worker After 13 years of dedicated service to the school and com- munity, Carl Utter retired last year. He is now vacationing in Florida, enjoying his hard earned rest, fishing and camping. The school will never forget Carl Utter, and is deeply appreciative of the many years he spent with us. Now that's retirement. Carl takes a stroll through his garden. 5
