Down the Slopes The ski club's annual pil- grimage to New England for a day of skiing is a great experience for all involved. By selling magazines in the fall, they are able to raise the capital, and set out early in spring, travel for miles, expend all their ef- forts... for a day of bowling??? Gymnists When the mats and the gymastics equip- ment appear in the gym everyone knows the gym show isn't far behind. Through combined ef- fort of elementary and high school students, the gym show is pro- duced and two even- ings are put aside for those students wanting to show their talents and have a good time before the community at large. Yearbook Journalism class has two pub- lications this year, the 1981 Morrisanian and the Morris Code , a bimonthly newspaper. The newspaper will be cover- ing a wide variety of subjects ranging from school and local issues to national and inter- national issues. Putting a yearbook together was a new experience for most of us so the yearbook got off to a slow start, but we hung in there and soon found that with a little hard work and determination we could do it. Our apologies for the hand typed copy. We had hoped to have the type set to give the book a more professional appearance but due to inflation it wasn't poss- ible. However there is always next year. Mrs. Foote's everyday duties include reading books to the elementary stu- dents . Library We all enjoy having Mrs. Foote back at MCS, after a year of absence.
