Standinq: Euqene lones, Laura Lou Bearden, Elizabeth Long, Pat Hawkins, Loretta Miller, Mary Sue laclcson, loe Lee Fleming, lames Mallett, Harold Gene McCammont, Lowell Roberts. For the second consecutive year there has been competition between the Iunior and Senior Classes for presidency of this organization. This year Alfred Davis, lunior candidate, Won over loyce Hays, Senior candidate, by a majority of 22 votes. Gther than President Davis, the officers are as follows: Vice- President, Ioyce Hays: Secretary-Treasurer, Martha Ann Stuartg Sarqent-at Arms, Marilyn Britt: Advisor, Mr. V. L. Boren. The annual Christmas party with the whole student body was sponsored by the Student Council in addition to the reqular Red Cross Drives and War Bond and Stamp sales.
