.5-'En 51. ,, SENIOR CLASS HISTORY The count down on the NSen1ors 66W began in September of 1953. Our pilot was Mrs. Alma Lundeen and our copilot was Miss Nancy Kerr. When our pi- lot took role there were thirty-three aboard. They were: Mary Kay Baird, Margaret Biggerstaff, Bonita Bryant, Leanne Caldwell, Carol Dean, Phyllis Dearth, Connie Haight, Connie Hutcheson, Bonnie Ivins, Sharon Kellogg, Kinda Stapp, Joe Baird, Dan Blair, Ronald Bonar, Dan Brown, Tom Bryant, Steve Burns, John Caldwell, Bud Callahan, Don Coon, Mike Corey, David DeVore, Larry Gar- land, Ron Hartman, Brent Johnston, Trevor Kimble, Mike Mason, Rodney McDonald, Doug McMullin, Roger Ruggles, Jim Thomas, and Steve Tisor. One year has passed and we find Miss Geneve Keller in the pilot's chamber. Those who joined our group were David and Dwight Borgstrand. Leaving us were Ronald Bonar, Steve Burns, and Roger Ruggles. The count is eleven. At the control panel was Miss Mae Thomas. There were two names added to the passenger list. They were: Nan Dill and Linda Hostetter. Those names crossed out were: David DeVore, Brent Johnston, and Mike Mason. The next year brought Mrs. Helen Hetherington to the control. The number of passengers increased when JoAnn Veach joined us but declined by one when JoAnn moved later that year. The count has reached nine. Taking over the NSen1ors 66W was Miss Luellw Brown. Joining us were: Sharon Carroll, Ruth Giberson, Shirley McKee, Jim McKee, Marina McKune, and Suzanne Robb. At this point we lost two passengers. They were David and Dwight Borgstrand. Another year brought Mrs. Evelyn Whitham in command. Three new faces were spotted among the passengers. They were: Robert Bang, Charles Knight, and Paul Gott, Departing from our rocket were Linda Stapp, Marina McKune, and Paul Gott. Seven is the count. Mrs. Eileen McElhinney is at the control panel. The new passengers arriving were Ann Allen, Ann Lowe, Francis Anderson, Dianne Delzell, and Ron Lambert. Connie Haight did not return this year. The next year our pilot was Mr. Leo Stahle. Our copilot was Mr. Harold Robb. The crew consisted of: Mrs. Mary Louise Wilkerson, Mrs. Jeanne Carter, and Mr. Albert Daniels. The group gained Linda Tisor, Kenneth Keck, Charles Harris and Ron Perkins. Departing were Francis Anderson and Steve Tisor. The count has reached five. Changes in the crew were: Mrs. Evelyn Whit- ham, Mr. Robert Richers, and Mr. Dean Hardin. Again this year three new faces appeared. They were: Lois Ferrin, Kay Stagers, and Lester Hartman, and we see Mary Ann Lowe, Charles Harris and Suzanne Robb leaving us. Another year has passed. We see many new crew members. They are: Mr. Robert Bishop, pilot, and acting copilot, Mrs. Freda Willson, Mr. Louis Elder, Mr. Robert Richers, Mr. Richard Hughes, Mrs. Donna Pittman, Mr. Robert Darrah, and Mrs. Jeanne Carter. Ann Allen and Jim McKee were the only passengers to leave at this time, Three is the count. Mr. Paul Fitzgerald is now co-pilot. Other new crew members were Mr. William Caldwell, and Mr. Jack Marr. Two names were added to the passenger list. They were: Charles Duncan and Lester Brown. Those names crossed off were Kay Stagers and Robert Bang. The following year we saw two crew members. They were: Miss Beverly Gipple, Mrs. Janet Williams and Mr. Dale Venzke. Roberta Lundvall and Brad Griffith joined our group. Leaving the luanching pad we see Charles Duncan and Lester Brown. This year new crew members are Mr. Wayne D. Allen, Mrs. Colleen Robertson, and Mr. Clarence Messer. Roberta Lundvall and Shirley McKee left us. Those twenty-one passengers who began their education together are: Margaret Biggerstaff, Bonita Bryant, Leanne Caldwell, Carol Dean and Phyllis Dearth, Connie Hutcheson, Bonnie Ivins, and Sharon Kellogg. Joe Baird, Dan Blair, Tom Bryant, John Caldwell, Bud Callahan, Don Coon, Mike Corey, Lonnie Dean, Larry Garland, Ron Hartman, Trevor Kimble, Rodney McDonald and Jim Thomas were the boys. The count is one. The WSeniors 66W is about to blast off from school life into 1ife's school.
