Class History The class of 1944 'entered Morley School with sixteen pupils, they were: Richard Blake Marsha Miller Donald Eiben Arnold Pye Ronald Pindley Margo Ruhl David Green Maynard VanAntwerp Keith Hay Russell Lyle Charles Holcomb Donald Ankeny Marilyn Hoppe Elmeree Jaeger Darrell Hora Donald Darrow Our First Grade teacher was Mrs. Oldfield. During our Second Grade year we lost Maynard VanAntwerp, Russell Lyle, Elmeree Jaeger and Donald Eiben but we gained Darlene Jensen, Darlene Achenbach and Eldon Stickley so that our total remained at fifteen with Miss Mac!-Xnulty as our new Second Grade teacher. In the fall of 1946 we found ourselves in a new room and with a new teacher whose name we soon found out to be Mrs. Frances Smith. We had one new third grader Roger Lessard, but we lost four of our team, Donald Ankeny, David Green, Darlene Jensen and Arnold Pye leaving our total at twelve. During the Fourth year of school we had Miss Vivian Wacha for our teacher. This year we lost Marsha Miller, Eldon Stickley and Roger Lessard, but we gained Robert Conner, Saundra Hormann and Richard Stritt to leave our total the same. In the fall of 1948 we found ourselves shifted upstairs with Mrs. Barger as our new teacher We lost two of our classmates, Saundra Hormann and Richard Strltt, but we gained Shirley Holdren and David Mitchell to leave us with the same total. - During our Sixth Grade year we lost Darlene Achenbach and Robert Conner , but we also gained Bessie Mae Lewis and Wilda Pearson to leave us with twelve. In the fall of 1950 we had three teachers they were: Mrs. Barger, Miss Ament and C. N. Ridout. This year we lost Bessie Mae Lewis and Wilda Pearson to leave us still with just one new boy, Eddie Wall and shrink the total to eleven. Starting out our last grade school year we lost David Mitchell and Eddie Wall, but we gain- ed Tom Koppenhaver and Pri scilla Pillard. The class of 1952 entered High School with Mrs. Russell, C. N. Ridout and Mr. Greenawald as our teachers. Our Ninth Grade class consisted of: Richard Blake Darrell Hora Donald Darrow Tom Koppenhaver Ronald Pindley Pri scllla Pillard Keith Hay Margo Ruhl Charles Holcomb Leo Nissen Shirley Holdren Mary Rundall Marilyn Hoppe In the Tenth Grade our teachers were Mr. Greenawald, C. N. Ridout, Mrs. Bair and Miss Miller. This year we lost Don Darrow, Tom Koppenhaver, Leo Nissen and Mary Rundall for a total of nine. The Eleventh Grade consisted of the same members of the preceeding year. This year we lost Mrs. Bair and Mrs. Russell returned. In the Twelfth Grade we gained Janet Taylor to leave our graduating class at ten as follows: Richard Blake, Ronald Flndley, Keith Hay, Charles Holcomb, Shirley Holdren, Marilyn Hoppe, Darrell Hora, Priscilla Pillard, Margo Ruhl and Janet Taylor. We were very fortunate in having Mr. Greenawald, Mrs. Russell and H. J. Arnold as teachers.

Class wsu I, Dick Blake, will my old dates and left over girl friends to Billy Ruhl, may he have more fun with them than I did. I, Charles Holcomb, will my height to Tommy Hinrlchsen, so he can see what is going on in the world. I, Margo Ruhl, will my big feet to any underclassman who needs a good understanding. A I, Shirley Holdren, will nothing to nobody because I haven't anybody to will anything to. I, Priscilla Plllard, will all my old flames to anyone who hasn't caught her man yet. I, Marilyn Hoppe, will Iudy Tallman a pair of red boots so I'll know that they are hers next time.. I, Keith Hay, will my lamp and midnight oil to Francis Conner, Don't use it to fast Francis as you may run out. I, Darrell Hora, will my ability to sit on senior girls laps to Charles Stlvers. Real com- fortable Charles. I, Ronnie Flndley, will my ability at making excuses for bringing his girl home late to Billy Ruhl. QR ima. I, Janet Taylor, will a typewriter brush to the next office girl to clean up X i the eraser dust as I didn't have time. A9 EE. ,, - D I I 1 4: We, the Senior Class, will nothing to the school as we will need it all in Florida, Cuba , and New York . We , the Senior Class, will Mr. Greenawald a new Chevi station wagon, airplane , and steamboat to take on senior trips. Whatever the trip calls for. We, the Senior Class, will Mrs. Russell a new cushion for her car so that she can see Out. We, the Senior Class, will Mr. Arnold a dictionary to practice up on his English and also a set of statistics so he will have the statistics to prove it with. be heard above the noise when trying to quiet the assembly ,F EH We, the Senior Class , will Miss Miller a new P.A. system so she can +' g , t x .
