pecially through the Southl. Both he and Kathy had a nice sun tan. You see, he makes plenty of money as testified by the fine clothing they were wearing and the expensive car he drove. Nancy Hoppe was next to put in an appearance. She's teaching school now, too .... in Chicago. She and Kenny Brokaw found a few things in common to talk about since they were both still single and following the same vocation. Only thing Nancy chose to teach 3rd grade pupils. The biggest argument of the day was be- tween these two when they started to discuss the advan- tages and disadvantages of High School teaching vs. grade teaching. Kenny came to the conclusion that Nancy can still win an argument. Marvin Marsh pulled in at l2:3O...and is his wife beautiful? A red-head... Their car bore a New Jersey license plate. I hadn't heard anything about Marv since soon after graduation. I caught myself staring at him...how distinguished he looked. No wonder! He's manager of a men's fine Ready To Wear Store. His wife' father is Co-owner of the store, and could take over, so Marv used it as an excuse to come back to Morley. Adorable, 6 year old twin, towhead out of the car...and a cute little a nButchn hair-cut...just like his followed close behind the heels of daughters, climbed 3 year old son Cwith daddy used to wearj, his sisters. Dale Findley arrived a few moments later...and with him was Kenny Daub. Both were in sailor uniforms. After High School each had joined the service and liked it so well, that they had remained in it all these years.' By some co-incidence both had been stationed at San Diego for the past 6 months. Since both planned to make the trip back for the reunion, they decided to save gas and come together. Dale asked if Margo Huhl had ever married...I told him she had. I guess he was still carrying the torch. Kenny said he was ready to flirt with anyone still single, providing she understood Hhe had a girl in every port.n We waited till l o'clock...then decided the other two weren't coming...so we spread out the table cloths and started unpacking our lunches. Every one was so excited that we weren't really much interested in food. Then...we saw a long blue car coming up the lane. would it be Charlene Holdren or Carol Pulver? To our surprise they were both in the car. Charlene looked wonderful...just like she does on T. V. Everyone says she has a greater following than Kate Smith did in her prime...and the guy she introduced

0 9 I Ng IP as her manager turned out to be hermhrand new husband. Just honeymooning, you know. Carol Pulver...or Mrs. Matt Moore now, lives in Radio City too. Her work is also there. She spends many hours of her time, side by side, with her minister husband as he tries to give new faith to the many who have so little. Her husband wasn't able to get away... so she contacted Charlene and made arrangements to come ...even though she knew she'd have to take the evening train back... She, like all the others...had kept the Date. we ate things like: sandwiches, pickles, potato salad, chicken, and cake...but our talk was of l953 and l97L4....of Morley, New York, California, Illinois, New Jersey, Florida and other places of the earth... of Mr. Greenawald and Mr. Ridout and the other teachers ...of our children and my grandchild...only to mention a few things. When we parted we made a solemn vow to keep another date 20 years hence, l99M. I also forgot but just as we were all preparing to leave... I overheard Kenny Brokaw tell Nancy Hoppe that he was fairly certain there would be a third grade vacancy at Davenport next fall. Gifs' . -33 , Ziuuf'
