I Mr. Greenawald Superintendent L. D. Greenawald was born in Monticello, Iowa and graduated from high school there. He graduated from Coe College with a B.A. Degree. He attended the University of Iowa where he received his M.A. Degree. His major was Education, Economics, and Sociology. He served as a Major in the Army for four years. He teaches Mathematics and Social Studies. He says radio is his hobby. His pet peeve is anyone who says, I can't. Red or orange are his favorite colors. His favorite foods are meats, desserts and beverages. ' Mr. Ridout Principal Clayton N. Ridout was born in Alden, Iowa and graduated from the Owasa High School, Owasa, Iowa. He attended Ellsworth Junior College at Iowa Falls, Iowa for two years and graduated from Coe College with a B.A. Degree. He served as a Lieu- tenant Qjunior gradej in the United States Naval Reserve for three years. He teaches Commercial subjects and Geometry. He says correcting mistakes is his hobby. Brown is his favorite color. He will eat anything but turnips and onions. Miss Ament Mary Florence Ament was born in Anamosa, Iowa. After attending Anamosa High School for two years, transferred to the Academy of the Visitation, Dubuque, Iowa, from which she graduated. She received her associate in Arts Degree at Georgetown Visitation Junior College, Washington D. C., and received a B.A. Degree at Loretto Heights College, Denver, Colorado. Her favorite color is green. Her favorite food is Liederkranz Cheese. Her favorite flower is the camellia. Mrs. Barger Our sixth, seventh and eighth grade teacher, Mrs-. Barger, was born at Cottage Hill, Iowa. She graduated from Farley High School. She attended Iowa State Teachers College, Dubuque University and the State University of Iowa. She majored in Science and says her hobby is teaching Science. Apricot pie, fried chicken and brown bread answer her favorite foods. Her pet peeve is a run in her hose when she is in a hurry to go somewhere Any shade of rediis her favorite color. The red carnation is her favorite flower. Miss Covell Our third, fourth and fifth grade teacher, Miss Covell, was born near Muscatine, Iowa. She graduated from Muscatine High School and Muscatine Junior College. She received her B.A. Degree from the State University of Iowa, with a Major in History. She also took some work from the State Teachers College. Her favorite color is pink. The rose is her favorite flower. Salads are her favorite food. One of her hobbies is crocheting. Miss McAnulty Our primary, first and second grade teacher was born at Toledo, Iowa. She attended and ,graduated from the Toledo, High School. She attended Coe College and majored in' primary work. Her favorite food is baked ham, sauerkraut and lemon pie.
