22 Faculty Education The programs of teacher education at Morgan State College are designed to contribute to the development of a wholesome outlook on life, with breadth in an under- standing of the cultural heritage, and with a repertory of abilities and compentencies essential to effective work in guiding the learning activities of elementary and second- ary school students.
