Probably the one around the campus who receives the least credit for the work that he does is hlajor VVilde, who, in his capacity of handling the finances of the school, does not come into as close a contact with the boys as do the other ofiicers. However, in recalling all of the improvements made during the last two years they realize that it is to him that they are indebted. Besides taking care of the regular duties of that dignitary, he coaches track and lightweight football, advises the senior class, and sets the pace for the selling of tickets to our annual lvlinstrel Show. The cadets know that in Xlajor Bouma they have a friend worth having. CAPTAIN HERMAN RTAYHEW Principal Lower School PffZ'dIf Narnia! Those cadets who come into the Upper School from the Lower School have kind remembrances of Captain lNIayhew who always remembers his boys and always has a cheery word for them after they have left the Lower School. Those who didn't attend the Lower School know him for the excellent entertainments which he secures for the school.
