Those of us who are leaving her halls carry with us fond memories of gay times, hours of study, and pleasant associations with our friends. Those of us who stay to carry on, loid the rest farewell and look forward to the future filled with worthwhile, whole- some, and care-free hours. The Annual Staff hopes this addition to the annuals of Empehi will prove a lasting joy to the students whose activities made it possible. For us all may this past year live long in happy memories of our school days. THEME uckin' bronchos, sage brush, the old corral, desert plains, all remind us of the motif used last semester by the S. A. and adopted as the theme of this year's Empehi. The Annual Staff thus gives you all a new and unique continuity for a super year book. So with it let's git along, little doggies, git along. 1-A .5 '? U gf! 'f , . '-f-5 g',..'. f 4, 1' ' - - lil .' .. S ecretary Bill Freeman ......,.. ...,..., T reasurer mpehi has seen many seniors, individually and col- lectively, rise to excel in leadership those preceding them, but the Feb- ruary class of 1937 had an extra fine foursome as its officers. Dick McCornaclc ably and efficiently performed the duties of president of the class assisted by the vice-president, Winnie Stevens. Winnie was chairman of the Social Committee. lane Caldwell recorded the minutes of each class meeting, carried on class correspondence, and in many other ways proved her worth as class secretary. The budget was bai- anced by Bill Freeman, class treasurer, who handled all the funds. The February class set a precedent which will undoubtedly be followed by other graduating classes in the years to corne. This was the wearing of caps and gowns at the commencement exercises. The class presented a most democratic and uniform appearance to parents and friends. The Senior Prom was again held in the main ballroom of the Lake Shore Athletic Club and, as at the '36 Prom, Emil Flindt's band played the music. The same plan was followed as in l936, bids being sold before the place and orchestra were definitely settled upon. Dorothy Davies of the February class and Dave Goldsmith of the lune class were in charge of arrangements. f16l WHC'S WHC M FEBRUARY l937 IACK BUSCH MURIEL A most versatile student was lack Busch, being an athlete, soldier, and executive in his four years at Empehi. The Latin Club, the Executive Committee, the Swimming team, and Tau Epsilon all claimed him. He was in the B. O. T. C. for four years and was graduated in the rank of lieutenant-colonel. He was president of the Student Association in his Junior year. lack was voted the most popular boy in his classy his winning smile and cheery hello have won him a place in the hearts of many Empehites. COOK Muriel Cook started her activities career as a member of the French Club and added to it the A Capella chorus, the Empehi Business Staff, Quill and Scroll, the Student Council, and Tau Epsilon. She was president of her class as a sophomore. She has served on the Student Court as chairman and on the Board of Control as president of the Girls' Glee Club. Muriel's poise and charm will surely carry her far in anything she may choose to undertake. IANE CALDWELL WALTER Tall and dignified is this prominent Empehite. lane Caldwell was most active in the Girl Reserves, holding executive positions for three years. She held two official positions in the Dancing Club and two in the A Capella chorus. She was a division room officer for two years and in the Girls' Glee Club for one. She was secretary of the February '37 class. She was in Tau Epsilon for four years and an officer for two. With such executive ability lane is bound to succeed in life. BRILL A bashful but captivating smile and outstanding leadership ability are Walter Brill's. He was on the Student Council for three years and the Photo Staff for one. He was presiding officer of the Board of Control and First Vice-President of the Student Association. Walter was an excellent student, claiming membership in Tau Epsilon for four years. His combination of scholastic ability and an interest in school activities will perpetuate his name on the annals of Ernpehi forever. f17l HALL GF FAMF, FEBRUARY l937 Best looking girl ........ President lane Ward .......,.. ......... V ice-President lune Waughop .......... ........... S ecretary Wilbur Heckmann ....... ........ T reasurer his lune, Empehi graduates her twenty-eighth class of seniors, and for the second time in her history, following the precedent set by the February '37 class, she is graduating them in caps and gowns. Ably guided by an efficient foursome composed of David Gold- smith, president: lane Ward, vice-presidentg lune Waughop, secretary, and Will Heckmann, treasurer: the Senior committees were selected: ring, assembly, commencement, and budget committees co-operated in the smooth running of the business of the Senior class. The Senior Prom was held this year, as the year before, at the Lake Shore Athletic Club and seniors and alumni danced to the smooth rhythm of Emil Flindt's orchestra. At the time the Annual went to press, the class had not decided on a gift to the school but a generous allowance had been set aside for it by the budget committee. The Seniors wish to thank those members of the faculty, Mrs. Dorothy Cella, Miss Lucy Babcock, Miss Lillian Weislander, Miss Marie Bellinghausen, Miss Mary Thompson, Mrs. Berenice Hartle, Miss Athena Fischer, Mrs. Genevieve Brook, and Robert C. Antonides, for the interest and help they have given to the class in carrying out its social activities during the year. Without their guidance we seniors surely would have been lost and this is small appreciation for their generous aid. f29l HALL GF FAME IUNE l937 Best looking girl ,,,,,,,.., ........ He has managed the stage crew for two years, been chairman of the Finance Committee, a member of the Annual Staff, Quill and Scroll, and the Photo Staff. He was elected president of the newly-organized American Youth League as well as leader of the lune '37 class. He has been in Tau Epsilon four years. Hats off to the lad who has mixed school and extra-curricular ac- tivities so successfully, Dave Goldsmith! GRACE REED Vivacious, smiling, and tops in efficiency is Grace Reed, an active Empehite in academic and extra-curricular activities. Four years on the Student Council and two years on the Board of Control, active on the Social and Pep Committees, and membership in the Girl Reserves, the Zoology Club, the Girls' Glee Club, and Tau Epsilon all are hers. She was president of her class during her Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior years. Wherever she goes, success will fol- low her, and she certainly merits a reward for efficiency. MARIORIE SCHULZ An executive through and thro-ugh is Marjorie Schulz, one of Empehi's leading leaders, who started out as a room officer. She has been president of the Girl Reserves and active on the Board of Control, in the Girls' Glee Club and on Finance Committee. She has been in Tau Epsilon for four years. A fitting climax is her position as president of the Student Association. Marjorie's charm and vivaciousness have won her life long friends at Empehi. IACK GROSSCUP Sportsman, executive and singer describe the owner of a shock of blonde hair and a perpetual grin. Who? lack Grosscup, of course. Ollie has been on the Athletic Commission, the Emblem Club, the Swimming team for four years, the Hi-Y, and Tau Epsilon. He has also been in the Boys' Glee Club, the A Capella Chorus, the Sales Committee, and the Student Council, and for the past year has been second vice-president of the S. A. lack is destined to go far with his combined ability and personality. f31l Violet Adams R. A. ANNUAL n the fall of 1936 under the able leadership of Claus Claussen, Editor-in-Chief and Mrs. Dorothy Cella, Faculty Adviser, a grand ensemble of thirty-five students began work on the l937 EMPEHI. These were an eager, willing group, anxious to swing along, and keep in tune with all EMPEHI activities. To be a non-working member of this staff was as meaning- less as jelly labels on empty jars. Each and everyone has had an assigned task and has done it well, and by the same token they give to you now, the Tops in Annuals, HEMPEHI of l937. A splendid business policy under the direction of Shirley Black has made the Annual self-supporting. Much credit is due to her assistants, Elaine Ander- son, Mabel Rodger, Bob Crow, Re-inette Hall, and Mary Iones. Alison Rider, bookkeeper for the Annual Staff has put in day, night, and school-time keeping up with the pace set by her co-workers. Florine Phillips, Literary Editor, also had charge of the 4A Activity and Hall of Fame blanks. Her assistants were Dorothy Berthold, Francis Pruitt, Ianet Palmer, Helen Tooker, Edgar Iohnson, and Eleanor Dudley. Hats off to Sports Editor, Bob McCaw and his assistant, Dick Banger, for a job marvelously done. By pen and picture limmy Hogg and Bill Bogan have given us a fine record of sports activities and views of school life. The bits of humor recorded throughout the Annual are worthy efforts of the elusive Dave Goldsmith. Thelma Donop has been responsible for all division picture money. Those who worked with her in this collection agency are: Ann Gardener, Florence lones, Olga Hockert, Mary Carr, Estelle Pope, Charles Drinkwater, lohn Storrs, and Alice Crosman. Credit for club contracts for space in the Annual is accorded to: Ann Ewing-EMPEHI NEWS, Marjorie Secord-Tau Epsilon, Eleanor Mayer-Band and Orchestra, Constance Thompson-Spanish Club, Charles Sener-Stage Crew, Virginia Aikenhead-Botany Club. All staff members have cooperated to their utmost, in compiling this ye-ar's EMPEl-Il so that Marcia Cruse, Circulation Manager has been able to present to the S. The organiza- tion was formed for the purpose of interesting its members in the language and customs of the ancient Romans. The organization and proceedings follow as closely as possible those of the Romans. The officers have the names of Roman officials. The initiations are patterned after old Roman customs, and at the celebration of the Saturnalia at Christmas time, a Rex, or king, is chosen and sacrificed to the gods in true traditional manner. A banquet or luncheon is held each year in commemoration of the founding of Rome and of the Latin Club. This year a luncheon was held downtown, on April l7, in the Hemicycle Room at l-larvey's Restau- rant on Michigan Avenue. Our principal, Eston V. Tubbs, and Captain George G. Lorentz, our assistant principal, responded to toasts, and the guest speaker of the occasion was Commander Franco Fontana, the Royal ltalian Consul General. The Latin Club maintains a scholarship fund and awards l00 dollars to the senior applicant with the highest scholastic rating. This semester the club presented an ltalian assembly, one of a series of assemblies sponsored by the American Youth League. The program opened with a Roman sacrifice and predicted the finding of America by the Italians, and showed ltaly's great contribution to modern civiliza- tion. Mrs. Harriet Arthur Hecht directed the assembly, as well as the other activities of the club. The officers for the fall semester were: lean Launspach, First Con- sul, Roger Smith, Second Consul, Bruce l-lowat, Scribe, loan Launspach, Quaestor. FASHIONS OF THE HOUR LONG HINES FORSELL LINDSEY BURDETTE MAVER BENNIE MR. HUNTER EMPEHI STAGE CREW ights. Curtain The show is on. The audience takes little heed of the activity that has gone on back stage previous to the opening of the curtain. The Stage Crew of the Morgan Park High school, twelve in number, have been training and rehearsing for many long hours in order that the entertainment before the footlights be flawless as far as their work is concerned. Under the fine sponsorship of Mr. Hunter, the stage manager and his crew do everything from replacing light bulbs to running the operettas for the Stu dent Association entertainment. They are directly responsible for the care and operation of equipment valued at thousands of dollars. Mr. Hunter s right hand man is the stage manager. This position is attained through appointment by Mr. Hunter. Dave Goldsmith was stage manager the first semester and Bob Burdette the second semester. The cycle of a stage hand begins when he is taken on the crew as a flunkie . lf he shows interest and maintains passing marks at the end of a trial period, he is on the way up. As he learns more about the workings and management of the stage he is given more responsibilities. He must be a wide awake fellow, quick in emergencies, and be trained to seize every opportunity and act upon it. It is necessary for him to devote a large part of his time during a school day in order that he may execute his duties swiftly and accurately The development of initiative and practice is the determining feature in choosing the manager. The Stage Crew, will in the future, as it has done in the past, continue to give its efforts and hours of work to making the stage presentation as profes sional in quality and as fine as possible. Sl-IOEMAKEB BOGAN EICHMAN IOHNSON EHBLEB ECKEL PHCDTQ STAFF he Photographic Staff was or- ganized in l932 by A. B. Gay of the physics department, for the purpose of promoting an interest in photography among the students. During the past five years the staff has built up a completely equipped dark room, and has collected over six hundred dollars worth of equipment such as cameras, lenses, projectors, etc. The staff at the present time consists oi six hard-working fellows who spend all their free periods in the dark room. They often work all afternoon, also when the occasion demands im- mediate attention. Each fellow is assigned to a specific job which he is expected to perform with an absolute regu- larity and precision. Bob lohnson has complete charge of photog- raphy for the newsreel. This consists of the arranging and shooting of the subject and also the editing and filming of the titles. Bob Ehrler is responsible for the still work. This includes all portraits, candid shots, and action pictures of athletic and news events. Al Eichman is the dark room foreman and is responsible for the quality of the prints which are turned out. Bill Shoemaker is in charge of both projection and contact printing and Bill Eckel is staff chemist. Manager Bill Bogan is responsible to Mr. Gay, the photo staff's faculty adviser, for all prints and photographs, newsreels, and other shots. He plans all the work of the individual mem- bers of the staff and deserves much credit for the splendid work which the staff has accom- plished the past year. f32l BEARDSLEY BURNETT HENDERSON EASHBAUGH FISHER IOLLY HILGENDORF VAN ETTEN Ci .ISSQI .D .AELSQETATION r-1 lhe Clissold Student Association has completed another successful year. The students feel privileged rather than discriminated against having their freshman year at the branch. Among the largest factors in this success were the social activities and intramural class competition under the direction of Robert Beardsley, president: Ruth Burnett, vice-president: Walter Henederson, secretary, and Ethel Fashbaugh, treasurer for the fall semester. Many different projects have been added to the already enlarged list: two debate teams, a dancing class, and a tennis club. These new projects were headed by joanne Fisher, presidentp john jolly, vice-president: Vera Hilgendorf, secretary, and Robert Van Etten, treasurer. Many shows were given to raise funds for increasing the school equip- ment and to help decrease the debt on a movie projector the school had recently purchased. The annual clean up campaign was conducted under the direction of the co-chairmanship of Patty Benner and Marion Knapp. The branch reporters for the Empehi News acted well under the direction of Eleanor Palmer. With all these newly added projects the branch has had a very successful year. f93l STUDENT CCURT AT CLTSSCLD BRANCH he executive committee is the judiciary department of the Clissold Student Association. During the past year many projects were undertaken. An assembly was presented to the student body and all ticket sales were handled through the executive committee. Many socials were also presented for the entertainment and enjoyment of the student body. The executive committee is composed of the Student Association officers, club presidents, student court judges, division room chairmen, and business representatives. AMERICAN A Y L YOUTH ' ' ' LEAGUE Aggressive fighting for the right is the noblest sport the world affords. -Theodore Roosevelt. uring the past year there has grown up at Ernpehi a strong organization whose object is to bring the youth of America together in a common purpose-defense of democracy. The American Youth League was born of an earnest desire to bring about a true appreciation of the many splendid rights and privileges we enjoy as citizens of a republic which has become a significant power in promoting human progress. The A. Y. L. has a five-fold platform enumerating its aims and purposes. First, to gain a comprehensive knowledge of what America really stands for- the liberty and many wonderful opportunities afforded us citizens by it. Second, to know our country by becoming familiar with the scenic nature, historical localities, and memorial buildings and monuments which stand for the growth of one of the oldest and strongest republics in existence. Third, to promote good will and understanding by acquainting ourselves with the backgrounds, lives and customs of other nations. Fourth, to become civically righteous by appreci- ating and practicing the splendid rights, privileges, and duties which the United States offers its citizens. Fifth, to bring together as units of the A. Y. L. the students of the high schools of Chicago, thus implanting a lasting feeling of co-operation and friendliness between the youth of our city. To Dr. Eston V. Tubbs, our principal, goes the distinction of having founded this splendid organization, of having seen the need for it and created such a worthwhile and practical remedy. The officers are David Goldsmith, president, Bernard McDonagh, vice-president, Maridan Richter, secretary, and Leonard Koch, treasurer. They, together with the cabinet consisting of ten committee chairmen, have launched forth, and successfully, a project which is bound to fulfill the highest expectations of many who have become vitally interested. l55l IAZZ ORCHESTRA QUILPEN ROW 2: Ioan Launspaoh, Ewing, Bradshaw, Coburn, Colley, Maver, Zuegel, Gifford, Stanyer, Wolff, Reichert ROW l: Black, Crosman, Maihis, Wunder, Miss Bauman, Swearinqen, Sykes, Duncan, Semple, CLISSCLD GIRL RESERVES . CO-CAPTAINS IN GRAM HECKMANN ECDQTEALL HIRSCH GAME he green and white gridsters faced their opening contest on the verge of over confidence. While knowing they were not cham- pionship material they expected to beat the weaker teams and give Fenger and Bowen some excellent competition. The game was played at night in the l24th Field Artillery Armory, the first game of a double-header. Hirsch scored the only touchdown of the game on a forward pass in the first quarter. After this one display of scoring ability the maroon team settled down to protecting their small lead. For the rest of the game Morgan Park outplayed their opponents, but could not score. Several times they were within ten yards of a touchdown and just couldn't find the additional punch needed to cross the goal line. Morgan Park earned their two points on a safety when practically the entire line blocked a punt. It was a tough game to lose and the boys felt worse than if they had been beaten by a big score against superior playing. HARPER GAME With two defeats on their record the Rangers met Harper High School for the second game ever to be played between the two schools. For the first time in two weeks our team showed some offensive strength. Dick Larson showed surprising plunging ability. The other backfield men also proved mighty valuable with their long runs. FENGER GAME After that humiliating defeat at the hands of Hirsch, Coach Antonides gave his squad a week of grueling preparation for the next game with the strong Eenger team. ln recent years that neighboring school has been a bitter rival of Morgan Park and this year was no exception. On Saturday several hundred Empehites traveled over to Gano Field to watch the conflict. Eenger, with one of the strongest teams in their history, was ex- pecting a slaughter, But the Morgan Park players were determined to stop Rudy Mucha, Eenger's princi- pal scoring threat. The green and white baclcfield Was not functioning, but the whole team put up a stubborn defense. Mucha, although not scoring, made several spec- tacular runs and upheld his reputation as a future all- city fullback. lt was a substitute halfback who was destined to make Eenger's touchdown. He scored on a Wide end run behind a perfect interference. O FENGER ..... ......,.,, 7 MORGAN PARK ,.,,.,,,,,,,.,.,,.,. 2U PARKER ..... .v.,...,. 7 Empehi won an overwhelming victory. Three out- standing conquests for Morgan Park have been re- corded on this field, the championship game in '32, the semi-finals in '33, and the Parker game of '36. Although the first half was uneventful, midway in the third quarter Dick Banger decided it was time that Morgan Park got a touchdown. He returned a punt through the entire Parker team for six points. Co-cap- tain Ingram kicked the extra point. Maddened by this display of power, Parker unleashed an attack of their own and kept going until they had tied the score. The Morgan Park fans settled down to another tie game, but such was not the case. Bill Hunter received a long pass from Banger and galloped away for a touchdown. O'Conner then kicked the extra point. Again in the fourth quarter Morgan Park crossed Parker's goal. Hunter intercepted a Parker pass and ran it back to Parker's forty yard line. A plunge and another pass to Hunter put the ball in a scoring posi- tion. Dick Larson kept hitting the center of the line until Ernpehi was in possession of another touchdown. This time the kick after touchdown was wide. The game ended with Parker at the short end of a 20-7 score. CALUMET GAME As usual we met Calumet on a wet field. But it was the famed flea flicker play of Morgan Park that finally put the ball in scoring position. Banger then ad- vanced the ball twelve yards to Calumet's eleven yard line. On the fourth down, Bob Larson, the only back who failed to score in the Parker game, piled through center for the touchdown. The six points were made in the second quarter. The second half was a display of Banger's beautiful punting and the sight football players present in the rain. Bob Larson had taken the ball to Oal's thirteen yard line when the game ended. This game put Morgan Park in a tie for third place and established a two game winning streak. BOWEN GAME The Green and White squad met Bowen at Bonnar Field, in their last game, with a chance to tie for sec- ond place in the South Section. Again Morgan Park demonstrated the inadvis- ability of concentrating on one man too much. ln the Penger game they had watched Mucha when Palango was making a touchdown and against Bowen, Sickitch was under observation, while the quarter-back scored. The rest of the game was a variety of Bowen plays designed to break through the Green defense. Morgan Park narrowly escaped being scored on again when a Bowen receiver dropped a pass behind our goal line. m. nit . MORGAN PARK ......... ........ O BOWEN ...... Because of numerous changes in the teaching staff, Coach McGregor was the fourth coach the team had had in as many years. The team was somewhat bewildered by so many different styles of coaching, but it must be admitted that they improved as the season neared the end. The senior squad was the stronger team of the two due to the fact that several juniors decided to play in the heavyweight bracket. One of the latter, Bob Iohnson, was elected captain. During Christmas vacation the team entered the Stagg Tournament. Their opponent was Harrison High School. The team from Beverly Hills tried hard, but their opponents had a great advantage in height. It was this fact that finally gained a victory for Harrison, the final score being 28-12. Losing the eight league games in a row, Empehi required a post-season game to eke out their only victory over University High 31-30. The high score for the entire season was Bud McKinlay with 79 points. loyner and johnson finished second and third respectively. Major letters were awarded to the following seniors: Bob johnson, Sanford loyner, lohn Mathers, lack Friel and Bob Kistner. Bud Mcliinlay, Charles Beardsley, Ioe Greenwood received major letters in the junior division. f112j TRACK TWEEDIE n high school the athlete is usually a student leader: worshipped by freshman and respected by his friends. As Morgan Park is no exception, every boy desires an athletic career. Our school provides a Wide variety of sports for the eager applicants. A major letter may be earned in Football, Basketball, Baseball, Swimming and Wrestling. To Win a monogram in the other sports, namely: Track, Tennis, and Golf, one must place first, second or third in the city rneet. The crucial test comes to the rookie when he plays in his first big game. There is nothing comparable to the thrill one gets in his first chance at league competition. 1:1131 MAYSACK XXN Q A SW1MM1NG 1 9 3 7 SENIORS Morgan Park ............ 6 Lindblom .............. 47 Morgan Park ............ 26 Lindb1orn .............. 28 Morgan Park ............ 44 Fenger .................. 15 Morgan Park ............ 27 Fenger ...... ........ 3 1 Morgan Park ............ 32 Parker ..J .... ........ 3 'Z Morgar: Park ............ 32 Parker ...... ........ 3 9 Morgan Park ............ Art Bethlce, one of the outstanding swimmers in the history of the school was the mainstay of last year's squad. The juniors started the season by proving their superiority over Lindlolom with two wins. Fenger, Parker, and Hirsch proved a little too fast for the home team and it took a victory over Calumet to place them in the winning column once more. The seniors were slow in starting due to ineligibility. They lost three straight to Lindblom, Fenger, and Hirsch. With the start of a new semester the seniors showed signs of improvement and defeated Lindblom and Fenger. After the league season had come to a close, Coach Maysack entered the juniors in the city meet. The excellent showing of Art Bethke, who finished first in the 50 yard free style, and the fine relay and medley teams were responsible for placing Morgan Park in a tie for second place. Much credit should loe given to Pop Maysack for consistently turning out winning teams. f115l ROW 2 Wht Teland Gr p Mu phy, Sieman, Dillon. ROW 1: Hedrick, Rozer, I. D. Rich, B. In the state meet Bob Ingram placed third in the 155 pound division. Because the school could not afford to send the entire team to Champaign, Bob as the team captain, made the trip alone. In past years the coaches oi the city high schools met and devised a schedule to suit each school. This year that custom was dropped and Coach Antonides was able to challenge any team available f 116 J WRESTLING The first meet, with Calumet, proved to be an exciting contest. Morgan Park finally Won the meet because of forfeits on the part of Calumet. After their first victory Empehi lost to Proviso, Lindblom, Clark, Fenger, and Crane in succession. While they did not place a champion in the city meet, the first round only elimi- nated four out of twelve entrants. Three men got as far as the semi-finals before being defeated. Morgan Park had based her hopes on lngram, but he was late for his second match and Coach Antonides was forced to forfeit Ernpehi's last chance for a title. Major letters were awarded to Seimens-ll5 pounds, Gene Rich-l25 pounds, Murphy-l55 pounds, Finniger-l65 pounds, and Thornally-heavyweight. BASFBAT .l . he return of many veterans from last year gave Coach McGregor a good nucleus around which to build a first class ball team. lohnson, Larson, Casey, McGrath, Mal- inski, and Lukens were all back in uniform and ready for service. Lack of a decent third baseman Was the chief cause for Worry during the earlier part of the season. Mr. McGregor solved this problem by moving Bob Iohnson over from short- stop and substituting Hilgendorf in his place. Larson and Casey at first and second base completed the infield. The pitching staff was strengthened by Yursis, Peritz, Stratton, and McGrath, who dropped Spring Football to be- come a starting pitcher. The backstop position was filled very capably by Fred Lukens, an experienced catcher. To com- plete the lineup We find Malinski, DiCola and McGrath com- posing a hard-hitting outfield. At the time this article was Written, the team had won one game and lost two. The league opener Was dropped to Hirsh by an 8-7 score. This was a hard game to lose especially as Morgan Park was leading 7-3 until the final inning. The fol- lowing week they Won a thriller from Fenger, l-O. A home run by Bob Larson was resonsible for the lone tally. The sec- ond defeat came the day after spring vacation when Parker ended up on the long end of an 8-5 score. fnvj ROW 1: Jolly, Wolf, Tczttershcrll, Greenwood, Rcxntz, Nicholas, MCK 1 y M G Y MORGAN MORGAN MORGAN MORGAN MORGAN MORGAN MORGAN MORGAN MORGAN MORGAN MORGAN MORGAN OHEER LEADERS BASEBALL SCORES PARK ....... .....,...,.... 7 I-HRSCH PARK ....... .....,..,. 1 FENGER PARK ....... ........,. 5 OALUMET PARK ......, .......... 3 HARPER PARK ...,... .......... 5 PARKER PARK ....... ...,...... 2 BOWEN PARK ....... ...,...... 5 HIRSCH PARK ...,....., 0 FENGER PARK ...,... .......... 1 CALUMET PARK ..........
