The junior class met at the first of the school year with their sponsers Mr. Richardson, Mrs. Whitten, and,Coach Vukcevich, to elect their class officers. The results were: Curtis Waldon, president; Ramiro Beltran, vice president; Connie Norris, treasurer; and Carol Authur, secretary. The Rocket the class ring was the main interest ofall juniors. They anxiously waited for its arrival in December. The emblem is raised and set on white gold, with hinted gold initials on the outside. We think the junior class rings of 54 are the prettist ever. Later in the year the new King and Queen were crowned at the Junior Prom. The well-chosen couple, both looking happy and attractive, were crowned by last year's king and queen, Teddy Hayes and Gloria Maldonado. JUNIOR CLASS OFFICERS: Curtis Waldon, president; RamiroBeltran, vice-president; Carol Arthur, secretary;and Connie Norris treasurer.
