Next the Freshmen had their annual picnic at Apache Grove. The Freshmen gave a pep assembly for the Duncan home game. On the night before Thanksgiving they gave a dance in honor of the Sophomores. The auditorium was decorated in red, green, yellow and brown crepe paper with clusters of balloons and Thanksgiving turkeys. Many Freshmen are in the Honor Society and work on the Riveter. They sing in the Glee Club and play in the Band. The Freshmen sponsor is Mrs. Berra.
