John Alvarez is thepresident of the Junior Class, Paul Simmons, Vice-President, Amel- ia Montoya, Secretary and Joe Ramos, Treasurer. On September 27, the Juniors held their picnic at Potter’s Grove. An unusually nice time was had by both Juniors and their sponsors. The Junior Prom, preceeded by the Junior-Senior Banquet was an excellent ending for the school year. It was a tremendous success and enjoyed by all students and faculty mem- bers who attended it. 21

JUNIORS The Junior Class of Morenci High School, has had a very busy and interesting year under the direction of Mr, Crichton and Mr. Hentze. They were represented in all school activities, Copper Cat, Riveter, Band, Basketball with three Juniors on 1st. string. Also in Football, Baseball, Glee Club, Volleyball and the Junior-Senior Play which was a great success.
